Why Blog?
Hey, I’m Yasemin, but most just call me Yas! I started this blog when newly out of work, as I felt a lack of passion after leaving a role that had me fuelled with it for years; so to better myself, my mental health, to keep learning and progressing, I decided to bring all my passions together in one place and here it is in black and white – well, colour. (Thanks technology!)
What will I be sharing?
What fuels me
I will be mainly sharing evidence based and anecdotal information on Mental Health, Scuba Diving, Safe Infant Sleep and Medicinal Cannabis.
My background
I was born in the UK, in cold but green ol’ Lancashire in 1997 to an English mum and a Turkish dad, I spent my life between the two counties but have now settled in the UK for the foreseeable future. I have worked in scuba diving, luxury hospitality, aviation and medicinal cannabis. I have studied nursing and business management in the UK.
